This ancient eastern modality utilizes pressure point work and stretching. The therapist uses fingers, thumbs, knuckles, and the elbows on the body’s acupuncture points along the body’s meridian or energy channel. This method is believed to strengthen the vital organs and for relieving tension and knots throughout the body.

Tip and Toe
Indulge your-self with an hour massage on the two areas that trouble us the most; the back and feet. A thirty minute of either deep tissue or shiatsu massage will alleviate back tension. It is followed by a 30 minute foot reflexology session which will help promote overall health.
